Closing the Digital Health Gap:
Telehealth Experiences of Minority Populations
Join us for a presentation and discussion of upcoming research “Closing the Digital Health Gap”, a groundbreaking qualitative study illuminating the healthcare experiences of African American and Latino populations. We will discuss the unique challenges these communities face in accessing both in-person and telehealth services, highlighting the pivotal roles of socioeconomic status, culture, and health literacy.
This timely discussion will equip healthcare leaders, technology partners, and patient advocates with actionable data and insights to optimize telehealth adoption and delivery for diverse patient needs. The goal of the research is to gather meaningful data on patient care preferences, barriers, and opportunities to create a future where telehealth empowers and delivers inclusive, equitable care for all.
