Dell Anderson
Executive Director, Renew Behavioral Health

Dell Anderson is the Executive Director of Renew Grant Behavioral Health & Wellness where he is currently leading an organizational transformation. He is proud to serve on the 4-county region Board and as Vice Chair at Thriving Together NCW.

Prior to this experience, Dell oversaw a community behavioral health center embedded in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and then the implementation of Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health.

He’s worked in a variety of roles in the behavioral health field including as case manager, wraparound care coordinator, mental health therapist, mental health program supervisor, director of behavioral health, and vice president in a health center. It’s an honor for him to share in the journey of others and to ensure everyone has access to high quality services.

Although he loves his work, his greatest joys are found at home where he is a husband and father of a beautiful family.

Craig DeLarge, MBA, MPH

Craig A. DeLarge is a digital healthcare strategist and mental health advocate at The Digital Mental Health Project, where he produces education programs and research which help behavioral health professionals improve adoption of their services using digital technology.

In his career, as a digital & healthcare marketer, strategist and educator, he has managed in and with world-class firms like Novo Nordisk, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck & Co., Takeda and Johnson & Johnson, as well as teaching at Temple University, Philadelphia University, Chestnut Hill College, St. Joseph’s University and Penn State University. His career is focused on “improving health” & “developing leaders”.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degree in Marketing and Design Management from Philadelphia University (USA) (BSc), and from the University of Westminster (UK) (MBA). He is currently a graduate Public Health student at King’s College, London. He is also a certified professional coach and published author of The WiseWorking Handbook (2014).

He resides in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
