We will compare the initial, prescriptive designs that focused on people, processes, and technology with today’s mature, integrated models. As hospitals and health systems navigate challenges such as workforce shortages, limited access to specialty care, and operational inefficiencies, telehealth has become an essential tool for delivering sustainable solutions.
