Chris Adamec
Executive Director, Alliance for Connected Care

Chris Adamec serves as the Executive Director of the Alliance for Connected Care, an advocacy organization dedicated to improving access to care through the reduction of policy, legal and regulatory barriers to the adoption of telemedicine and remote patient monitoring.

In addition to his role at the Alliance, Chris is also a Vice President at Sirona Strategies, where he leverages more than a decade of experience elevating and empowering patients, caregivers, clinicians, and others to support clients by designing and implementing successful health policy and advocacy strategies.

Prior to joining Sirona Strategies, Chris convened a wide range of stakeholders while leading policy for the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC). In that role, he strengthened diverse advocacy networks and shepherded the collective voice of primary care while advocating for policies and programs to make primary care more robust and patient centered.

Chris also served as Director of Policy at the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC), a coalition of chief executives of the nation’s leading healthcare companies and organizations and as an advocate for people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families where he played a crucial role in efforts leading to the passage of P.L. 111-375, The National Alzheimer’s Project Act.

In the distant past, Chris worked on Capitol Hill, for the State of Michigan, and in several political campaigns.

Chris earned his Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and his Bachelor of Arts from Alma College in Michigan.

William (Bill) Paschall

Bill Paschall is a seasoned Telehealth Executive and Remote Monitoring Pioneer with decades of experience driving digital health innovation. His expertise spans consultative selling, revenue generation, market development, strategic partnerships, and policy and reimbursement. Bill has been instrumental in advancing healthcare technologies that improve patient outcomes and care delivery through recent consulting activities and now as a Director at Vironix Health. He recently spent 2 years as Senior VP of Growth and Strategy at Clear Arch Health, he revitalized the company’s Remote Patient Monitoring and Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) go-to-market strategy, transforming the sales organization, pricing models, and product roadmap to enhance market presence.

Prior to that, Bill served as VP of Business Development at Vivify Health, guiding the company from startup through acquisition while leading strategic partnerships and regulatory efforts. He also spearheaded healthcare initiatives at AT&T, driving significant growth in their health division. A recognized leader in telehealth, Bill is a Fellow and past board member of the American Telemedicine Association, current Chair of the Remote Monitoring special interest group and continues to serve on multiple healthcare advisory boards, shaping the future of digital health.

Christian is the Founder and CEO of Ingenium Digital Health Advisors, a boutique consulting firm focused on Accelerating the Adoption of Digital Health Innovation and of Ingenium Healthcare Advisors, focused on Guiding Healthcare Leaders to get the results they want.
