Christian Milaster is passionate about accelerating the adoption of digital health innovation to enable the sustainable delivery of extraordinary care. He is deeply committed to restore medical professionals’ job satisfaction by applying systems thinking principles and implementing systems solutions.
Christian is the Founder and CEO of Ingenium Digital Health Advisors, a boutique consulting firm focused on Accelerating the Adoption of Digital Health Innovation and of Ingenium Healthcare Advisors, focused on Guiding Healthcare Leaders to get the results they want. Starting out as a solo consultant, Ingenium Advisors now comprises a team of 15+ and a consortium of over a dozen expert advisors.
Born, raised, and educated as an Engineer in Germany, Christian started his career at IBM Global Services before joining the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where he worked for 12 years in various roles before launching Ingenium in 2012.

Steve Wheeler has a long history of working with innovative healthcare technology companies to deliver their products and services to a wide variety of healthcare organizations for assisting them in achieving their Quadruple Aim: reduce costs, improve outcomes while improving patient and provider satisfaction.
Steve’s years of experience in the health care industry has provided him with a unique understanding of the technical and financial connectivity between patients (consumers) and providers (care givers) and payers (insurers/employers) within the very complicated health care industry. This in-depth knowledge of health care work-flow processes coupled with a diverse set of relationships allows for Steve being able to assist a wide variety of organizations.
Steve has a great knowledge of Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and other shared risk modes of care including how to apply new solutions like telehealth, wireless remote patient monitoring and other new evolving healthcare technologies to their business models.
Steve’s relationships include Health Plans, Medical Groups, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Care, DME and self-insured employer groups along many healthcare software vendors.
He has been a Founder, President/CEO of several companies and has held management positions in sales, marketing and business development including assisting in the launch of one of the 1st wireless RPM (remote monitoring) platforms.
Steve graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science and completed Graduate Work in the University’s MBA Program. He and his family live in Laguna Beach, California.
